Pregnancy occurring ( 1st to 4rth week)

During the first month of pregnancy there are many changes occurs , but it is necessary to know about these four weeks , this is the duration from last menstural bleeding start date for example 1st January 2024 is the bleeding date of any female and now today date is 28th January 2024 ( if female's cycle days 28 ) the first month of pregnancy completed ( if she concevied during this month )

Changes in Mother

Week 1 and week 2 (From 1st January to 14 January)
There is no any changes occurs related to graved uterus because most suspected days of to get pregnancy 13 to 16 ( if someone avoid pregnancy she would avoid sex with partner during these days.

Week 3 and week 4 (From 15th January to 28 January)
During the days of conception if pregnancy occur , means husband and wife meets together and the sperm from husband fertilized the ovum from female than pregnancy happened.

During the 3rd week of pregnancy ( the female doesn't know yet about pregnancy ) the fertilized ovum travelling through uterine tubes to uterine layer endometrium ( if some body wants to know about the pregnancy beta HCG blood test is the tool to check the pregnancy at this stage )

During the 4rth week of pregnancy ( the female doesn't know yet about pregnancy as the 4rth week complete she feels some symptoms which described below ) the fertilized ovum now become a sac / embryo and attach to uterine internal wall ( EM) before completing the 4rth week female starts to feel early pregnancy symptoms like

1. Mild cramping: As the embryo implants, mild cramping can occur

2. Spotting or light bleeding: Implantation bleeding can cause light spotting or bleeding.

3. Increased cervical mucus: Hormonal changes can lead to increased cervical mucus.

4. Fatigue: Rising progesterone levels can cause fatigue.

5. Breast tenderness: Hormonal changes can cause breast tenderness or swelling.

6. Mood swings: Hormonal fluctuations can lead to mood swings.

7. Bloating and cramps: Mild bloating and cramps can occur due to hormonal changes.

8. Food cravings or aversions: Some women may experience food cravings or aversions.

9. Mild nausea: Some women may experience mild nausea.

10. Frequent urination: As the uterus expands, women may experience frequent urination.

When four weeks completes means today date for example case is 29th January you can confirm through urine pregnancy test or blood beta HCG test ( blood beta HCG level values 5500)

Changes in baby ( embryo ) when just four weeks completed

length of embryo 2-3 mm (0.08-0.12 inches)

The embryo is still tiny and looks like a small dot or a grain of rice. It's during this stage that the embryo undergoes a series of complex developmental changes, including:

- Gastrulation: The formation of the three primary germ layers (ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm)

- Organogenesis: The beginning of organ formation

Some notable features of the embryo at this stage include:

- The heart starts to beat

- The neural tube forms (which will eventually become the brain and spinal cord)

- The limb buds appear (which will eventually become arms and legs)

- The eyes and ears start to develop

Keep in mind that these measurements and developmental milestones can vary slightly from one embryo to another.
